I cannot get netflix to play a movie on my mac os 10.5.8 when i do instant play, all i get is a black screen- i have downloaded deleted downloaded deleted several time -net flix says call microsoft who has NO PHON SUPPORT FOR MAC-this is rediculous-help me somebody.

1. Use http://ninite.com/firefox-flash-silverlight/ninite.exe to make sure Firefox, Flash and Silverlight are fully up to date. Ensure that Firefox is fully closed before you run this program. (It might be useful to download this, restart your computer, then run it)
2. After Installing, restart your PC Again.
3. Open Firefox, type about:addons into your address bar, press enter. Go to plugins. Do Flash or Silverlight show up there? You may need to enable them.
4. If not, Reset Firefox. Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
